SHIPPING POLICY:
FREE SHIPPING to the Cedar Falls/Waterloo Area on any order of In-Stock Items over $100.00 net of any discounts (except Paper; Furniture & Equipment). Teachers: Save your time, gas, and money! Simply combine your personal orders into one order with your associates and take advantage of our Free Shipping policy. We will pack and mark your order according to your instructions to make your order easy to receive and distribute materials accordingly. Order must ship to one destination. Minimum shipping and handling charges are based upon UPS Ground Rates for weight and carton dimensions. Final shipping charges are determined at time of shipment. We make no profit on shipping charges and actual shipping charges will be added to your order which may be more or less than the "estimated shipping charge" on your order confirmation. In most cases our 15% Catalog Discount translates to Free Shipping at Catalog Price. It's simply our way of doing business to insure you know "exactly" what you are paying for. If shipping charges are of concern, please call for a quote.There is no minimum order, however, a small warehouse handling fee of $2.20 will be added for orders under $45.00.
"Free Shipping Promotions" will be confirmed by email separate from your order acknowledgment. Please disregard any shipping charges on your order acknowledgement. Your final order total must be approved by you via return email before your order will be processed for shipment.

Overpayment of $1.00 or more for shipping charges will be refunded. When weight and/or UPS and/or Truck Delivery is indicated for a product, additional shipping charges apply: due to UPS size restrictions, some packages cost more to ship: 1) has a billable weight of 30 lbs., re: UPS OS1, 2) has a billable weight of 70 lbs, re: UPS OS2, 3) has a billable weight of 90 lbs, re: UPS OS3. Items indicated for Truck Delivery will incur additional shipping charges. We make no profit on shipping charges, and actual shipping charges will be added to your order. Paper; Furniture & Equipment items are billed F.O.B. Factory. Please email or call for a quote.
Freight Damaged Merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to inspect all shipments received from SchoolSource, L.L.C. for freight damages. We suggest you inspect all shipments as soon as they arrive, and ask the driver to wait while you inspect the shipment and have the driver note any damages on the delivery receipt. In the event of concealed damage, you must notify the carrier, in most cases, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, or any recourse on your behalf will be lost. SchoolSource, L.L.C. will not be responsible for concealed damage. You should keep all shipping boxes and packaging for inspection in the event of damages. RETURNS POLICY:
School Source wants you to have what works in "YOUR" classroom, and believes teachers deserve a liberal return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from School Source, simply give us a call for a Return Authorization within 30 days from date of shipment on your order. Return items in the original shipping cartons to avoid damage in transit. Include a copy of your packing list, invoice, order confirmation, or P.O. to insure proper credit to your account. Normal in-stock items received in unused, unopened, saleable condition, free of any marks, will be accepted. Books are NOT accepted for return.
Furniture & Equipment items are not returnable to SchoolSource, L.L.C. If the manufacturer of your product has a return policy and you agree to their restocking charge you may be able to return the product to the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of your acceptable return, credit for the full purchase price of the returned item, less a 20% restocking charge, will be credited to your account. Return postage, shipping charges, and insurance (strongly encouraged) are the responsibility of you, the shipper. Original shipping charges will not be credited to your account. Credit balances on your account may be applied to your next order.
Payment Methods:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your order will also be processed upon receipt of your Check/Money Order. Authorized Purchase Orders from Public Schools, PTO's, Head Starts, YMCA's, YWCA's, state and local government agencies are also accepted. Public School Teachers (as individuals), commercial institutions and other organizations may open an account upon approved credit. Individual open accounts will be required to be guaranteed with a credit card. For a credit application please email your request.
Terms of Payment on open account is Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Open account applicant agrees to pay a service charge of 1-1/2% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, on any past due balances and if the account is placed for collection, agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations must be made in writing, and orders that are in production or have already shipped may NOT be cancelled. Please mail or email your request to cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request for cancellation, however, we cannot guarantee it will be accomplished. You are responsible for all related costs in canceling an order.
WARRANTIES:
Product warranties for all items are limited to the Manufacturers Warranty.
